About the Internship
As an HR intern at Kri8ive Edtech Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative work environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential for communicating effectively with team members and potential candidates. Your expertise in MS-Word and MS-Excel will also be valuable in helping us streamline our HR processes.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting meetings and trainings, and coordinating with supervisors.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist in planning and executing training programs and workshops for development.
5. Help with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to performance management and employee relations.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
