About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in posting and updating job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, company career pages, and social media, and removing them as and when necessary.
2. Source and engage potential candidates using databases, LinkedIn, social media, and other professional networks.
3. Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and conduct initial screening calls to assess their suitability and interest in the role.
4. Coordinate interview scheduling by liaising between candidates and interviewers, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.
5. Share regular updates with candidates regarding their application status, including regret communications where necessary.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reports daily.
