About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at KarKaa, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the HR team in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
3. Assisting with performance management activities, such as conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
4. Collaborating with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture.
5. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and file management.
