About the Internship
Jarurat Care Foundation is a leading NGO helping cancer patients. Our Amazon KDP Wing acts as a strategic digital publishing hub, focused on creating and launching various educational resources and children's books via Amazon KDP. Interns gain invaluable, fast-paced, global experience in managing a digital product line for social good, learning how to build and sustain support for a vital non-profit mission.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from drafting and posting job openings to screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
2. Enhance Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring transparent, professional communication to foster a positive and seamless hiring journey.
3. HR Documentation & Compliance: Draft, review, and ensure the accuracy of contracts and legal documents for interns, freelancers, and project contributors.
4. Onboarding & Resource Development: Create and organize essential resources like onboarding kits, SOPs, and training materials; assist in facilitating engaging orientation sessions.
5. Data Management & Integrity: Accurately manage and update HR trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) for metrics and hiring status, strictly maintaining the confidentiality of all employee data.
6. Strategy & System Improvement: Participate in HR meetings, analyze performance data and feedback, and contribute insights to develop more efficient and scalable HR systems.
7. Team Engagement & Development: Support the planning and execution of initiatives focused on team training, engagement, and development activities.
