About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prepare/update contracts for interns, freelancers, contributors -ensure accuracy & documentation.
2. Aid hiring cycle - post jobs, screen resumes, shortlist, schedule interviews; communicate with applicants.
3. Design/update trackers; monitor progress; collect feedback; compile reports.
4. Co-ordinate with the finance team for timely payments to interns/freelancers.
5. Prepare onboarding materials; conduct orientation; train new joiners for success.
6. Suggest efficiency ideas; document SOPs; build sustainable HR systems.
