About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Candidate Sourcing – Identifying potential candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
2. Screening & Shortlisting – Reviewing resumes, conducting telephonic screenings, and shortlisting candidates per job requirements.
3. Interview Coordination – Scheduling interviews, sharing meeting links, sending reminders, and facilitating communication between candidates and interviewers.
4. End-to-End Recruitment Support – Assisting in the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding selected candidates.
5. Database Management – Maintaining and updating candidate records for tracking and reporting purposes.
6. Follow-ups & Feedback – Coordinating for feedback, offer letters, and joining formalities.
7. HR Communication – Drafting job descriptions, email templates, and recruitment-related communication.
8. Market Research – Understanding industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
9. Compliance Support – Ensuring all candidate documentation is collected and stored as per company policy.
10. Team Collaboration – Working closely with senior HR members to implement recruitment best practices.
