About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates for job openings.
2. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Follow up with candidates at each stage of the hiring process (screening, interview, offer, joining).
4. Maintain and update candidate records and interview schedules in the recruitment database or tracking system.
5. Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and smooth scheduling.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
