We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – HR & Operations intern to join our team at Humanity Founders. 1. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support our mission of promoting humanitarian causes.
2. Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members.
3. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
4. Provide creative direction and solutions for various projects and initiatives.
5. Lead and motivate a team of individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
7. Continuously strive for operational excellence and innovation in all aspects of the job.
