About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data in the HRMS
2. Help organize employee documents and records (joining, exits, confirmations, etc.)
3. Support the HR lead in basic recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, sending emails, follow-ups)
4. Respond to simple employee queries and direct complex questions to the HR team
5. Help conduct basic employee engagement activities (surveys, feedback collection, and events)
6. Assist in creating HR reports like attendance, leave records, and BGV status
