Roles & Responsibilities:1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

4. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Contribute to the maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
