About the Internship
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:1. Understanding hiring requirements from department heads
2. Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
3. Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
4. Screening resumes and shortlisting relevant profiles
5. Conducting telephonic and initial round interviews
6. Coordinating with interview panels and scheduling interviews
7. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
8. Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
9. Assisting in offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
10. Supporting employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
