Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
3. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
