About the Internship
Position: Human Resource InternLocation: Remote

Vision of the Role:
To support Data Vinci's HR operations by streamlining the intern hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining accurate records for team efficiency and growth.
Mission of the Role:
To enhance recruitment workflows and intern management by leveraging digital tools and strong communication, contributing to a high-performing and engaged virtual workforce.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen candidates on Internshala and LinkedIn
2. Review and shortlist Google Form responses
3. Evaluate submitted assignments for relevance and quality
4. Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates
5. Maintain and update intern records using Google Sheets
6. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
7. Share assignments and follow up on deadlines
8. Prepare basic documentation using Google Docs
Preferred Skills:
1. Strong verbal and written communication
2. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
3. Organized and detail-oriented
4. Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
5. Professional and empathetic approach during candidate interactions
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree in related fields
2. Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR coordination (preferred but not mandatory)
