About the Internship
As our HR intern at Coding Junior, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various HR tasks and projects. Your knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, as well as strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, will be essential in this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
2. Maintain and update employee records in our HR database and ensure data accuracy.
3. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
4. Support HR team in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
5. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Help with developing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall company culture.
