About the Internship
Are you passionate about human resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech company? CloudTrain System is seeking a motivated HR intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to support various initiatives and projects.1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
3. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Help coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team building activities and events.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
