About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
2. Employee Onboarding: Helping with the preparation of orientation materials, new hire documentation, and employee setup.
3. Employee Records Management: Organizing and maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Administrative Tasks: Managing office supplies, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
5. HR Documentation: Drafting and filing HR documents such as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary notices.
6. Employee Engagement: Assisting with company events, wellness programs, or team-building activities.
7. Data Entry & Reporting: Inputting HR data into systems and generating reports for senior HR staff.
