About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at CBS Ventures, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting our HR team with various tasks and projects, while also developing your skills in MS-Excel and English proficiency.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
3. Support HR in maintaining employee records and databases, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help coordinate employee training and development programs, tracking attendance and feedback.
5. Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including processing paperwork and answering employee inquiries.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.
7. Provide general administrative support, such as filing documents, answering phones, and organizing meetings.
