About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Participating in screening and interviewing candidates to evaluate suitability and cultural fit.
3. Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process, including orientation and documentation.
4. Communicating professionally with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Managing time effectively to handle multiple recruitment tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Maintaining accurate and organized records related to hiring, onboarding, and HR activities.
7. Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
8. Supporting internal communications related to HR initiatives, events, and updates.
