About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Complete the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with managers.
2. Prepare and conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
3. Maintain employee records, manage employee benefits, and ensure all HR-related policies and procedures are up-to-date
4. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs
5. Assist in the performance review process by coordinating with managers and employees, tracking progress, and following up on action plans
6. Work with managers to identify employee training and development needs, and organize relevant training sessions
Note: This is a full-time internship.
