About the Internship

Join us as a Human Resource Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
3. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation
4. Communicate with applicants regarding interview updates, feedback, and onboarding processes
5. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
6. Help plan employee engagement activities and internal events
7. Coordinate with various departments for documentation, feedback, and updates
8. Learn and support general HR operations, policies, and best practices
