About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Smile Makers Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to spread smiles and make a positive impact in our community. With your knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, recruitment, team management, onboarding, employee relations, and employment engagement, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support team management efforts by helping to coordinate schedules, meetings, and team-building activities.
3. Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
4. Assist with employee relations by addressing any concerns or issues and helping to promote a positive work culture.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employment engagement initiatives, such as organizing employee recognition programs and events.
6. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to maintain and update HR databases, files, and reports.
7. Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the HR department and contribute to the overall success of Smile Makers Foundation.
