About the Internship
Are you a people person with a knack for organization and communication?Scoreazy is looking for a Human Resource Intern who will play a key role in managing the recruitment and candidate engagement process.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes and CVs to shortlist candidates as per given criteria.
2. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
4. Communicate with candidates via email and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
5. Evaluate assignments submitted by candidates and share feedback with the team.
6. Maintain candidate databases and track progress in Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.
8. Handle basic HR administrative tasks related to onboarding and documentation.
