About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source: Online job portal, WhatsApp groups, referrals, local networks/drives
2. Outreach: Refresh JDs; high-volume calling & WhatsApp campaigns; drive walk-ins
3. Screen & schedule: Phone screens, interviews, trial shifts; timely selection updates
4. Docs & offers: Collect Aadhaar/PAN/bank/photo; issue offers/IDs; roster mapping
5. Onboarding & training (own it): Day-0 induction; system setup (app logins/IDs, groups); SOP + OJT (picking/packing, scanning, FEFO, rack hygiene, handover, complaint logging); buddying; 7/30-day evaluations; refresher sessions; maintain training logs
6. Track & report: Pipeline→offers→joins→no-shows→retention; daily MIS in Google Sheets
7. Local branding: Flyers, shopkeeper referrals, micro-hiring drives
8. Compliance: Basic verifications and record-keeping
