About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Universo Realtors, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a thriving real estate company. 4. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
5. Support in employee engagement initiatives and events to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
6. Contribute to performance management processes, including assisting in conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
7. Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
