About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Evaluate candidate resumes against predetermined criteria (qualifications, skills, experience) and remove those that do not meet the essential requirements. Use ATS tools when available to filter based on keywords and match job descriptions efficiently.
2. Contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and follow‑up.
3. Reach out to candidates to invite them for interviews or pre-screening calls, coordinate interview slots (often via tools like Calendly), and send reminders as needed for timely engagement.
4. Assist in the onboarding process.
5. Support administrative onboarding steps such as new‑hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, IT setup, and welcome communication to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
