About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Help prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
3. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
4. Assist in maintaining the HR database and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Provide support in various employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, activities, and surveys.
6. Assist in training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
7. Help organize and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining files, answering calls, and responding to emails.
