Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Maintain and update employee data records accurately.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening, scheduling, and coordination.
3. Support HR operations & compliance activities.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
5. Manage HR documentation, reporting, and file maintenance.
6. Provide general HR support to the team as required.
7. Oversee billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks related to operations.
8. Collaborate with the HR & Operations team to streamline processes.
