About the Internship
Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and own recruitment Process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
3. Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
4. Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, advances, deductions, etc.).
5. Handle basic HR policies, office discipline, and grievance support.
6. Organise internal communication, circulars, and announcements.
7. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
8. Book-keeping using Excel.
9. Track vendor payments and follow-up for outstanding dues.
10. Maintain asset register and basic inventory records.
11. Monitor office supplies, stationery, utilities, and vendor management.
12. Coordinate with service providers (internet, housekeeping, maintenance).
