About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Performance & HR operations
Assist in managing Performance Management System (PMS) processes, ensuring timely goal setting, tracking, and reviews.
Support HR operations including attendance and payroll management, leave management, and compliance-related documentation.
Contribute to onboarding and exit management processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
2. Policies & HRIS administration
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
Support HRIS administration, ensuring accurate and updated employee data.
Contribute to HR digitisation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
3. Employee engagement & wellness
Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in administering wellness benefits programs for employees.
Support in tracking and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance workplace culture.
4. Talent & learning initiatives
Support talent management programs, including training coordination and documentation.
Assist in identifying learning needs and tracking training effectiveness.
Work closely with HR team to support compensation-related processes and data management.
