About the Internship
Seeking an enthusiastic, growth-oriented HR intern to be a key contributor in building a strong people and culture foundation for a digital brand services agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a keen interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and a passion for learning about organizational culture and talent management in a fast-paced, creative environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with day-to-day HR operations
2. Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
4. Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval
5. Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents
6. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
7. Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and procedures
