About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Maintain and organize employee records
2. Assist in updating HR databases (e.g., attendance, new hires, leaves)
3. File and scan documents (digitally and physically)
4. Schedule meetings and interviews for HR staff
5. Post job openings on job boards and social media
6. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
7. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
8. Send follow-up emails and rejection letters
9. Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
10. Support the HR team in implementing programs (e.g., engagement surveys, wellness programs)
11. Help track and report HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism)
12. Assist with employee satisfaction or feedback surveys
13. Draft internal emails or announcements
14. Help organize events like team-building activities, employee birthdays, or trainings
15. Update the company’s internal HR portal or bulletin board
16. Assist in documenting HR procedures and policies
17. Ensure HR files comply with legal and company standards
18. Support audits or compliance checks (under guidance)
19. Help organize training sessions or workshops
20. Track attendance and feedback from training events
21. Research HR best practices or benchmark studies
