About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Post job openings on various job boards and professional platforms.
3. Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.
5. Maintain candidate databases and documentation.
6. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
7. Support in conducting initial HR interviews.
8. Assist in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events.
