About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, liaising with placement agencies, and ensuring smooth candidate communication.
2. Support HR operations by maintaining employee records (attendance, timesheets, leaves, workplace safety) and handling basic employee queries and grievance redressal.
3. Contribute to HR initiatives such as training sessions, workshops, onboarding formalities, and employee engagement activities while ensuring confidentiality in sensitive matters.
4. Provide administrative and cross-functional support, including documentation, online payments, IT facilities coordination, and assistance in marketing or cost-analysis tasks when required.
