About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Talent acquisition
1. Source, screen, and schedule candidates for BFSI and other sectors.
2. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Google Forms to manage recruitment workflows.
B. Target outreach
1. Identify and connect with BFSI companies and HR heads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business.
2. Perform market mapping and communicate with potential clients effectively.
C. Client prospecting
1. Generate leads and build a client database and pipeline for hiring solutions.
2. Maintain records using Excel, Zoho CRM, and Google Sheets.
D. Direct contact/visits
1. Approach and visit BFSI companies (physical or online) to pitch hiring solutions.
2. Use Google Maps, WhatsApp, and CRM tools to coordinate visits and schedule meetings.
E. Employer branding
1. Create and post employer branding content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and job portals.
2. Design engaging materials using Canva and other relevant platforms.
F. HR policy & compliance
1. Draft and update HR policies as per industry standards
2. Maintain proper documentation and assist in onboarding using tools like MS Office, Zoho People, and Google Drive.
G. Reporting & analytics
1. Prepare daily outreach reports, MIS, and performance analytics.
2. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for data compilation and presentation.
H. Event coordination
1. Assist in organizing recruitment drives, webinars, and other online/offline events.
2. Use platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Eventbrite for execution.
I. Follow-ups & client care
1. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and clients across communication channels.
2. Ensure professional correspondence via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

1. Location: Young Thames LLP, C-84, Sector 2, Noida (Near Sec 15 Metro, Gate 3).
2. Eligibility: MBA (HR)/final-year MBA-HR students or graduates/postgraduates (any discipline).
3. Experience: Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
4. Focus sector: Preference for candidates with an interest in BFSI (banking, finance, insurance).
5. Tools required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Business, Zoho CRM.
6. Skills required: Communication, research, HR and business development fundamentals, networking.
