About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
3. Support in onboarding and induction of new hires.
4. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
5. Help in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and offer letters.
6. Handle basic HR queries and provide administrative support.
