About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Talent Acquisition: Identify and source suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and referral programs.
2.Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
3.Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interview schedules in partnership with hiring managers.
4.Onboarding Support: Assist with new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and induction activities.
5.HR Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, primarily using Google Sheets.
6.Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
7.Surveys & Reporting: Conduct employee feedback surveys and prepare summary reports for management insights.
8.HR Operations & Performance Support: Assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining performance evaluation records and applying HR best practices.
