About the Internship
Key Responsibilities● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
● Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
● Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
● Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
● Support in drafting JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements.
● Help build and improve the company’s hiring process and employer branding initiatives.
● Assist in HR operations such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
