About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. People & Culture
1. Support planning and execution of engagement activities, team rituals, and internal events.
2. Assist in programs that boost team morale and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Help run feedback loops, pulse surveys, and culture initiatives.
B. HR Operations
1. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Maintain employee records, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
3. Work with teams to understand people-related requirements and support them.
C. Internal Communication
1. Draft internal announcements, updates, and culture communiqués.
2. Assist in internal branding, storytelling, and communication that reflects Trade Pe’s culture.
D. People Projects
1. Contribute to wellness programs, DEI initiatives, and process improvement projects.
2. Bring fresh ideas to elevate employee experience in a fast-scaling fintech.
E. Talent & Ad-Hoc Support
1. Assist in talent acquisition activities – sourcing, screening, coordination, scheduling, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
2. Support founders with ad-hoc research, coordination, and cross-functional tasks.
3. Act as a reliable point of contact for leadership-related operational requirements.
