Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR professional to support various aspects of the HR function. Responsibilities
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participate in the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation for new employees.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR systems.
4. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
7. Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals.
