Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible)
West Avenue Realty is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in core HR functions—from recruitment to employee engagement—in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and interview scheduling
Help onboard new hires and maintain up-to-date HR records
Support and execute employee engagement initiatives
Contribute to drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance
Take on general HR and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Comfortable with MS Office and quick to adapt to new tools
