About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
5. Support performance review and appraisal processes.
6. Help draft HR policies and internal communications.
7. Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance logs.
8. Perform general administrative HR duties as required.
