About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and supporting routine HR activities.
2. Provide HR generalist support across employee engagement initiatives, policy implementation, grievance coordination, and handling basic HR queries.
3. Coordinate onboarding and pre-joining documentation by collecting and verifying documents, preparing onboarding checklists, issuing welcome kits, and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
4. Manage HRMS updates by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and resolving basic system-related queries.
5. Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, data clean-ups, and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel with high accuracy.
6. Create, update, and manage HR documents, presentations, letters, and communication materials using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
