About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate nominations for induction and training programs
2. Coordinate participation for various programs
3. Follow up with employees and trainers before programs for participation and after for impact assessments
4. Maintain and share progress trackers on a daily basis
5. Administer pre and post-test training assessments
6. Coordinate with employees for PMS completion
7. Support in designing training programs
8. Follow SOP, SLA, and checklists for the process, event, or program
9. Assist in creating presentations
10. Support digital learning initiatives
11. Record and update online training sessions
12. Support the manager in research and benchmarking
13. Coordinate with the IT team for training feedback and attendance
14. Coordinate icebreakers and activities for training programs
15. Collate event photos and presentations
16. Coordinate with training facilitators
17. Design creatives for pre and post program branding including flyers and brochures
18. Support the manager with DEI and POSH initiatives
19. Update MIS to maintain accurate data
