About the Internship
Role Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our HR team for a short-term assignment of 3 months. The role will primarily focus on data collation, document auditing, and ensuring accurate and complete employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
Collate and update employee data in internal HR systems.
Review and audit employee files to ensure all mandatory documents are in place, including contracts, background verification (BGV) reports, and other compliance-related records.
Track missing documents and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure completion.
Assist the HR team in organizing digital and physical records systematically.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently within tight timelines.
Prior experience in HR operations or document management is a plus.
Familiarity with Excel and basic HR systems is preferred.
