About the Internship
As an HR intern at HD HR Services, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. Your role will involve assisting with various HR functions and projects, while working closely with MSMEs and multiple projectsSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
2. Designing and supporting employee relations initiatives and helping to resolve workplace issues.
3. Assisting with training and development programs for employees.
4. Handling general HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing HR documents.
5. Providing support with projects and initiatives, as needed.
