About the Internship
As an HR intern at Brave Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative work environment. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the HR team with various tasks related to recruitment, business research, and employee communications.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Conduct business research to support HR initiatives and provide insights for decision-making.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data, employee information, and other HR metrics.
4. Support employee communications by drafting written communications and ensuring effective messaging.
5. Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating training programs.
6. Utilize MS-Word and MS-Office to create documents, presentations, and reports for HR projects.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience at Brave Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
