About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Hiring Support:
1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Helping schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates, and following up on feedback.
3. Drafting job descriptions, updating databases, and posting roles across channels.
4. Working closely with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
B. Process Ownership (with guidance):
1. Maintaining candidate trackers and status updates for ongoing hiring.
2. Helping organize recruitment drives and onboarding activities.
3. Participating in screening calls and candidate evaluations (if trained).
C. HR Coordination & Operations:
1. Supporting basic pre-onboarding documentation.
2. Assisting with data entry for background verification and other HR processes.
3. Contributing to HR team initiatives like referral tracking or candidate engagement.
