About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
2. Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
3. Coordinate between employees and management for daily HR communication.
4. Support induction programs, internal training, and SOP circulation.
5. Prepare HR reports and ensure process compliance.
