Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
2. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
3. Enhance your English proficiency by drafting job postings and correspondence
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate data and create reports for analysis
5. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
6. Gain exposure to employee relations and performance management processes
7. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve HR processes and procedures
