About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and interview panels.
2. Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
3. Support in updating and refining job descriptions based on business requirements.
4. Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to prepare onboarding plans.
5. Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions for new joiners and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
6. Conduct 30/60/90-day connect sessions and maintain onboarding data trackers.
7. Assist in HR follow-ups and employee communication.
8. Support internal HR campaigns and poster design.
9. Maintain and update employee data and distribution lists.
10. Perform basic data analysis and reporting for HR projects.
